You need to set up an account and register your rewards voucher to be eligible to redeem rewards. Introduce as many friends as you like and build up more reward vouchers to redeem more rewards!

You must register your reward voucher before it expires, check the expiry date on your reward voucher.

Step 1 - Set up an account with Fit Friends - you must have a reward voucher in order to set up an account.

Step 2 – Your initial reward voucher code will be registered when you set up your account and validate on the Fit Friends website. From here, you must be logged into your account in order to register and save subsequent reward voucher/s.

Upon registering your reward voucher you have the choice to either redeem a reward instantly or bank your reward voucher so that you can save it and build your balance towards higher levels of rewards. Build your balance by introducing more friends to Fitness First!

You can redeem your banked & saved reward vouchers at any time as long as your codes have not expired and you are logged into your account.

All banked & saved reward vouchers must be redeemed within 6 months of registration.

Step 1 - Search through the rewards available and choose one you are eligible to redeem.

Step 2 – Ensure you read any terms and conditions for your chosen reward before redeeming.

Step 3 – You will be presented with a short form to complete based on the information we need to fulfill your reward.

Step 4 – Once complete, click SUBMIT and your request will be sent to the Concierge Team to fulfill your reward.

We will then confirm your reward order and confirm delivery times with you.
